Our Club won Club Participation at the 1st annual Heat Seekers Car show held by Homeland Park Fire Dept. Thanks for your participation!

Hey guys,
I got your email address from the SC club section in thesamba.com. A few of us air cooled VW owners are hoping to cruise down to Myrtle Beach from southeastern NC sometime in July. Since some of us have dune buggies (including me) we are going to have to plan this on a Saturday that has decent weather in it's forecast. We are hoping for either the 11th (first choice) or the 18th (second choice.) Our plans are to meet in the parking lot just to the right of Hard Rock Cafe.
I have no clue as to how many will attend; if it is going to be a decent turnout or just a few of us from NC. Either way, we are going to do this. We have put the word out to members of the Southern Integrity Aircoolers (based out of Columbia), but it's hard to gauge how many, if any, will show up.
We have a thread on thesamba.com that will be providing updates (http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=361659), please feel free to get the word out locally to anyone that may want to come hang out with us. You can return any related info to this email address, or call me at 910-554-5495 (cell).
Take care,
Gary Holbrook, Jacksonville, NC
